Sally Owens is a gourmet vegan and gluten-free chef, caterer, cooking instructor, vegan consultant and health coach. A graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and New York's Natural Gourmet Institute, Sally's professional experience is extensive. She was Executive Chef and now Creative Director at The Stanford Inn's premiere Ravens' Vegan Restaurant in Mendocino California. For Williams-Sonoma she is a Vegan Food Representative, and for Joulebody Wellness, New York City, she is Executive Chef. Sally has been featured in Vegetarian Times for her culinary accomplishments.
